Goodness and Mercy Foundation is a registered not for profit organization founded to reach to the under privileged in society with a message of hope and acts of kindness that are deliberately aimed at improving the social and economic prospects the communities where we work, as well as the well-being of the people we work with.
The foundation was established in response to a call from God, as felt by our founder and President The Rev. Mercy Tabitha Wambui Kamau, who always felt God impress upon her heart the need to serve and take care of society’s under-privileged.
Upon seeking the Lord, further, Psalm 23 became the inspiration of starting this foundation which to Mercy is a ministry. It is also from this Psalm of David that we draw our name.
Goodness and Mercy Foundation was launched on 9th September 2013.

PSALMS 23
1The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.
4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.

Partners
Partners are the hallmark of our work, they keep our wheels in motion, and we greatly thank each one of them. Over the years we have been blessed to collaborate with wonderful partners on different projects. These have been individuals, groups, churches and corporate organizations. Each coming in with a new set of quality input.
Our efforts would have been mere thoughts on paper if these amazing friends did not accept to join hands with us. And together we have made greater impact.
